Key Member Pain Points
Users desired more content experiences to support enhanced learning and reflection; specific attention to applying knowledge
Content did not meet users “where they are.” Content felt generic and not personalized to them.
Need for increased user flow and usability in order to promote user growth. Initial design paradigms took away from the content.
Increase usability of atomic learning experiences by enabling mobile responsiveness for user viewing on the go
What I Learned
Personalized and AI-augmented experiences: Digital content experiences will continue to need to “meet users” where they are. Hyper personalization will become even more desired.
Feedback Loops: Users often already know, or grasp easily, learning content. The “secret sauce” is in applying that knowledge to their life to show demonstrated growth.
Simplify Design Paradigms: Create atomic-level experiences that are simple and delightful.
